Registration
Registration is limited this season due to our current reality during this pandemic. We have designed the program and productions so they can adapt to any given circumstances that may be provided by health guidelines or regulations. We value student and volunteer ratios in small groups and this season will create more opportunity to explore and unpack this unprecedented time with one another.
Each student will receive a t-shirt and copy of their musical script. Both are included in their registration fees. A deposit must be made for registration to be complete. Remaining fees must be arranged by Sept 13, 2021.

Weekly Program & Small Groups
K2K Productions values mentorship and coaching - and this coming season will spend much needed time building these in-person relationships as we all gain confidence and strength returning to our daily activities. Every student is placed in a small group with a screened volunteer who is trained in this role. The intention of small groups is to share life together, care for one another through face-to-face conversations and learn about character and faith through musical storylines and activities. Large group teaching, training & activities will take place too.
Productions
This year’s performances will include students in grades 2-12. These presentations will be produced for in-person audiences and streamed for online viewing. Registration numbers are limited due to the standards we have set out to ensure that plans and goals can be achieved regardless of possible changes to health guidelines or restrictions. Through the past 2 seasons we have gained greater understanding and opportunity for students to develop and share their gifts and abilities. We anticipate even greater opportunities for students to be celebrated through performances as they gain confidence in themselves and each other.

Recording Sessions
Recording sessions will be added to this years experience to share the beloved stories of Christmas as a small group and through radio play. This creative outlet allows students an enriched opportunity to work together as a small group with their peers and have time to settle into in-person & meaningful relationships after a long season of isolation.
Auditions
No audition is required to register. Auditions for specific roles will take place after the program starts and roles are casted based on students’ interests, skills and goals. Auditions for will take place online & in-person during Fall 2021. Options and instructions for what and how to prepare will be given during our weekly program & resources will be available on our portal, K2K Backstage.
Communication
We value clear and open communication. Each family will require access to K2K Backstage (online portal) for all their information about program, expectations, and schedule. Students are encouraged to access this information regularly and will require an email address to do so.
Sign In & Out is required for students in Grades 2-8 for all program and rehearsal events. If you are unable to pick up your student, another family member or friend can do so if have provided their contact information during your registration process.
Parent Orientation
Parent Orientation is mandatory at the start of every season. This will be a 45-minute session available online the week of September 7. One adult from each household is required to attend. This information ensures we can create as much success as possible for everyone. You are important to us and we value mutual understanding as we approach this season with your student.
Following Parent Orientation, your students package will be made available for pick up at Movement Church (65 Lansdowne Ave., Woodstock). This package containing your musical script & program Tshirt will be needed prior to Opening Night, September 20, 2021.
2021-2022 Registration Costs:
$150 due at registration plus
$500 Grades 2-5 (paid monthly or in full, starting September 2021)
$625 Grades 6-12 (paid monthly or in full, starting September 2021)
